We’ve always dreamed of crafting a giant Easter Egg. It took our Confections team a full two years of R&D to bring this seven-inch-tall confection to life. Inspired by the generous size and appearance of ostrich eggs, this Grand Egg takes two days to craft from start to finish. Cast in our creamy 70% Tumaco, Colombia chocolate and coated in naturally colored cocoa butter, it is waiting to be cracked open.Â
Under the pedestal you’ll find a brass hammer. Give the Egg a decisive tap to reveal vanilla-bean marshmallows handmade for us by Ticket Chocolate. We recommend melting the shattered chocolate shell in warm milk to make velvety hot chocolate. Garnished with those marshmallows, it’s the perfect way to finish Easter brunch.
